More Planned Parenthood Numbers

Live Action has released a video reporting some interesting statistics about Planned Parenthood.

• Between 2007 and 2017 they have closed more than 200 of their facilities.
• Between 2004 and 2014 the number of breast exams they perform decreased by 60%.
• Between 2004 and 2014 the number of Pap tests they perform decreased by 77%.
• Between 2004 and 2014 their total number of cancer screenings decreased by 68%.

Based on the above data, Planned Parenthood seems like it’s on the decline. On the other hand…

• Between 2004 and 2014 their total number of abortions increased by 27%.
• Between 2004 and 2014 the amount of government funding they received more than doubled (rising from $272 million to $553 million).

But funding Planned Parenthood is not about abortions, right? We’ve got to keep them in business because of all the other women’s health services they provide.

The numbers speak for themselves.
